Does this degree give good life options?

I think im gonna do a degree in joint economics and geography at a russell group uni.

Also another question, will my lack of maths effect me as i did not do it as or a level. i want to work for a good company in the buisness sector. i did well in my gcse and the degree contains maths aspects so will this help

You need to check entry requirements- some unis may require maths and some wont- some will accept an A in Maths GCSE instead of an A-Level requirement. A degree on its own, with the exception of medicine and nursing, doesn't give good life options, but complemented with good work experience and good soft skills it can do.
