what counts as employed

when applying for the maintenance loan it asks whether ill be employed whist studying I work in a supermarket and do 23 hours a week currently but I'm not sure when I start in September whether I can continue doing that many hours. it says do not tick I will be employed if you work part-time or do casual work in a shop evenings and weekends does 23 hours a week count as part time?! do I tick yes I will be employed or no I wont be employed? someone please help
