Access to medicine

Is there Anyone who has studied access to medicine course in West Anglia college and managed to secure a place in medicine. Also what was the academic year like?

About 80% of our group got interviews. Those that didn't did silly things like applying to universities who don't accept the course. I know 14 people who got a place last year. Those that didn't messed up the interview or didn't get the grades.

The academic year was great. The staff are really supportive and it's really good preparation for medical school. I don't know anyone who didn't give it their all who didn't make it.

And most of us had our rent paid by the college. They have an Access to learning fund the other colleges don't have. As long as you are not earning more than £25,000 when the course is going on they will pay up to £100 a week towards your rent which is really helpful because it helps you put aside money for your expensive medicine course.
