Hey guys does anyone know any advices for Sanctuary grafton st?

I applied for george kenyon but havent gotten any news from uni..

as im worried, I registered for a waiting list at sanctuary grafton and i got an offer for double ensuite (122/wk)

do u think its reasonable?

should i wait for standard ensuite?
