Travel Grant flights help

Hi,

I'm studying abroad in the US starting in 6 weeks. My visa has just been approved and I'm looking to book flights however I still haven't heard anything from SFE about the travel grant, though my SFE application was approved weeks ago. I rang last week and was told I would receive it in a few days however there's still nothing new in my correspondence on the SFE website, but I'm eager to book my flights sooner rather than later to avoid extra costs. I know I'm eligible for the grant even though I haven't heard anything so am I safe booking my flights anyway?
