Would you want to control how someone acted if they told you that they was going to bomb an arena full of kids- I would thats for certain unlike two thirds of British Muslims who do not wish to tell our intelligence agencies they know someone who's an extremist and has been in Syria fighting for ISIS.
why would someone do that?

Unfortunately I'm going to have a mainstream media moment and not write anything which doesn't fit my current narrative stay tuned for future posts about this subject when the terrorists go away. I will say most mussies i know are down to earth i personally know 0 radicals but if i lived nearer a city or Suburb i would know a couple of dozen.
