I always stay in hostels when I'm by myself. It's cheaper and you get to meet people :smile:

Just over €400 so far, for trains and hostel booking fees. It will bump up by the end of the trip, but so far I'm making savings.

Naples > Rome > Florence > Venice > Milan > back home.

Only 400 euro's? Wow, that's pretty good. Could you itemise everything for me? I really want to go to Milan to see the cathedral but I don't want to end up skint lol. How have you done it so cheaply so far?
