Identity Declaration form
I accidentally put the wrong date in the boxes on the form, and put the right date underneath it. Is that okay? or is there strict rules about this because of things like it being scanned on a computer or something
My other question is that are there any jobs that aren't permissible to be a countersignature? I have a neighbour who I have know for several years and they work in security, is that eligible?
