look around at your local colleges to see if they do evening classes of as/a2 maths

or look for intensive alevel maths

there is bound to be intensive course for maths somwhere

you could enter as a private candidate-if you go to the exams officer at your school or ring the exam board and find a center near you

im sorry i know nothing about kent as i live in london-but in london ive found places that do intensive / fast track maths..im sure you will find a place to do this in kent

I would think private candidate is your best option. Why do you only have a week left to apply?

Find out if your local colleges will let you do it... you may have to do it during day time, otherwise try a private tutor, and enter yourself through a local centre.

Just phone all schools and colleges within a distance you would be willing to travel to, its not an uncommon option so you should be able to find somewhere that does it.

:ditto: A lot of schools, especially Maths specialist colleges, would offer this option as it is a common way for people to take Further Maths.

people are saying phone my local schools and colleges.

im 22, wont the schools tell me to get lost?
No, they shouldn't: after all you'll be monitored by invigilators in the exam.

Search an exam boards website for information about private candidates - i know AQA has a lot of information about it on their website.

Basically AQA has a list of centres which are colleges and schools which accept private entries, you ring one up, ask if you can be entered there,. they will need some info about you to put on the form, and then you just turn up on the day of the exams. They will obviously charge you and may add a admin fee.

You cannot just ring the exam board and enter, the entry has to be via a centre. But you can ring the exam board to ask for information about entering as a private candidate.
