Fast track course

I want to do a fast track course for A level, so AS and A2 in one year. I am choosing to do this course during a gap year because one of my subjects I really struggled with for A levels and instead of having to resit that subject, I want to learn a new one.

Do Russel group universities accept fast track A level courses?

I need to know if it’s worth it, as there is no point in me taking a year out to revise for a subject to get a good grade if the Russel group universities won’t accept it.
