Don't send it to the general address, it either needs to go to central admissions or your departments admissions office. Contact your uni to find out which one they'd prefer.
Its better if you go and give it to them.....its will avoid any delays

Just rang UCAS and they said to send it to the address on their website, which is the University's general address - is it ok to do that? Would hate to send it to the wrong place so close to the start of term.
UCAS don't generally have the faintest idea where you should send clearing passports or correspondence with a uni - they know where THEY send letters to the uni but their stuff comes covered in UCAS logos and finds it's way straight to the right place.

If you're not sure where to send it then phone your uni - it's only them who will know for sure which department/office needs it and if you send it to the right place first time it wont disappear into internal mail.

Thanks, emailed the University and they told me where to send it - it was a different place to where UCAS said!
