im stressing out about my exams so much , i really dont think Im capable to pass them. i get so many panic attacks and i just dont think i can do this.

Chill. 6 weeks is a long time. A very long time. Listen to music and just chill, have some alone time. I would personally suggest listening to kpop, but its totally your choice as u might not like it.
