I can imagine Guildford being small and close to London is expensive.
How easy is it to get student accommodation in the area?
Thinking graduate style, i.e. not shared.

There should be quite a bit on the market. It'll just be expensive.

Look at dedicated student providers too like Unite etc. for studio rooms. Again, it'll be extortionate though.
