*hugs* Hope the work out makes you feel better. I was worried for a moment you are trying to loose weight... I know it is wrong to assume things like that (I suffer from people who assume I want to loose weight too)… so I just asked to be sure....

No worries. It is natural to assume that as there are more people who are trying to lose weight than gain weight.
Took some time off from the gym because of Ramadan and lost some weight. But back into it for real now. Squats: 15kg barbell, 10kg plates. 4 sets, 12 reps. Deadlifts:15kg barbell, 10kg plates. 4 sets, 12 reps. Military press: 15kg barbell, 5kg plates, 4 sets, 10 reps.

It's normal to simply state the total weight lifted rather than the bar and plates individually.

I like to be different. I'm following a starter-strength program which is mainly focusing on compound movements. But I'm starting to add in other stuff too as I want to get to a point where I can do pull-ups.
