Yep. Get fit, gain weight and to all around be a healthy person. I've also recently gone through heartbreak and decided time to focus on myself and love myself first.

Hope the work out makes you feel better.
I was worried for a moment you are trying to loose weight... I know it is wrong to assume things like that (I suffer from people who assume I want to loose weight too)… so I just asked to be sure....

Great progress! keep training!

Good luck and best wishes. looking forward to read your updates.

Thank you for your support. Working out definitely helps. I feel both stronger mentally and physically.

No worries. It is natural to assume that as there are more people who are trying to lose weight than gain weight.

Definitely will keep updating as much as I can.
I'm just here for the cat gifs.

Took some time off from the gym because of Ramadan and lost some weight. But back into it for real now.
Squats: 15kg barbell, 10kg plates. 4 sets, 12 reps.
Deadlifts:15kg barbell, 10kg plates. 4 sets, 12 reps.
Military press: 15kg barbell, 5kg plates, 4 sets, 10 reps.
Deadlifts: 20kg, 3 sets, 12 reps.
Lat-pulldowns: 12kg, 3 sets, 12 reps.
Overhead press: 15kg, 3 sets, 10 reps.
Leg press: 20kg, 3 sets, 12 reps.
Calf-raises, 20kg, 3 sets, 12 reps.
It's normal to simply state the total weight lifted rather than the bar and plates individually.

Nonetheless, good progress! Are you following a set routine?

I like to be different.
I'm following a starter-strength program which is mainly focusing on compound movements. But I'm starting to add in other stuff too as I want to get to a point where I can do pull-ups.

Hip thrusts: 10kg, 3 sets, 12 reps
Seated row: 12kg, 3 sets, 10 reps
Seated chest press:7kg, 3 sets, 12 reps.
Leg press: 20kg, 3 sets, 12 reps.
Planks: 45 seconds, 3 sets
Deadlifts: 20kg, 3 sets, 12 reps
Face pulls: 12kg, 3 sets, 10 reps.
Lat pulldowns: 12kg, 3 sets, 12 reps.
