Any ideas on nutritional sensory friendly meals?

Hi! I've been trying to come up with a food schedule to assist in my fitness journey. I want to build up muscle at the gym so my aim is to have a diet which is low calorie and high in protein. However, I struggle with this because I am autistic and my sensory sensitivities make it difficult for me to eat traditional healthy foods.
Most fruits and veggies make me physically sick due to the texture and strength of the tastes. I can only eat foods which taste the same every time. It has gotten to the point where I am malnourished and have issues with general fitness. And while I will consider taking supplements, I still need to come up with some ideas for some healthy high nutrition meals.
I was wondering if anyone else is struggling with this or if anyone has any ideas?
Thanks :3

See your GP or consult a specialist. Going low calorie then burning calories off through exercise isn't a good approach if you are already malnourished.
