You won't lose your license for a parking incident. You won't get points. Relax. If anything you'll just have to cover the damage. Just don't do it again. As rubbish as my car is, I wouldn't like someone to run off if they scratched it. At least do the honest thing.
I'm fairly sure that points (and the specific offence of "failing to stop at the scene of an accident") are only relevent if the accident and/or offence take place on teh public road. If you were on private property (e.g. a supermarket car park) you could only be charged with criminal damage. Motoring offences have to take place on a public right of way.
