I havn't done Physics for a while, so I may be wrong, but....
I don't think that anything is changed by the fact that you move the main slit away from the sub slits.

The first slit's purpose is to make the wave source coherant (at least thats what I rememeber), and the two slits cause the interferance pattern on the screen.

Also, you have the formula lamda = (x*s)/D, and the distance between the main slit and the sub slit is not in the formula...
I'd also like to add that:

If anything is to alter such as the source, then the fringe will change. Remember the seperation is 1mm for the double slit and that is the default setting. Increasing the slit-screen distance makes the fringes wider but dimmer and decreasing the slit seperation will make the fringe lighter.
