Blocks of work experience?
I have worked in my local hospital for over a year as a volunteer and volunteer twice a week in a hospice during the holidays.
Is it necessary to have a block of a week shadowing a doctor or something similar? Or will the work experience i have done be sufficient.
What do the medicals expect of you?
