Submission of exam paper to turninton without cover sheet and 3 minutes late

Can someone tell me the consequence of submitting my assignment without a formal university coversheet even though I got my serial number and module title on the work?
I did two exams in thesame time (Advanced performance management and advanced audit) and same date 9am to 3pm. Both was submitted with my serial number but not the university provided cover sheet because I was under duress and could not find time to do that as I was struggling to submit on time. I need advice on the possible outcome please.

Anyone in a similar situation, please feel free to raise an enquiry via VLE. You will be prompted to complete a mitigation form usually. If unsure, please call the BPP student queries line. BPP will do everything to mitigate any extenuating circumstances.
