Need help with some questions

3a. I think it is indicative. theres no sharp peak at 1750 so there's no C=O. There's no broad peak at around 3000 so there's no O-H. The small peak at 2900 it suggestive of C-H and the peaks less than 1500 are for the C-C bonds
3b. Not sure about this one

4. There's only one peak because all of the hydrogens are the same.

5. The 3 carbons in the CH3 are the same so thats the large peak. Then you have the carbons attahed to the chloride creating the second, smaller peak
