Failed maths!!

I’ve gotten a D 3 times in Maths GCSE (about 2-3 years ago)

Im now planning on doing an access course this academic year and studying nursing or odp in university (DMU/Uni of Leics)

The tutors on my access course have told me i should consider functional maths L2..

I feel so dumb to do functional skills. What should I do?? Should I do it or try harder with GCSE maths again?

You’re not dumb! Honestly maths is pretty hard I was no good at maths but never give up

girl, dont feel dumb, maths is one of the hardest subjects, and the new GCSE maths is even harder than before.
-DONT BEAT YOURSELF UP and do whats best for you, do your functional skills, you can still get into universal

I failed it 4 times, a lot of people will tell you that you’re stupid af but they’re just insecure with themselves. We’re not stupid, not everybody is at good at everything. I passed it the 5th time during the corona, why didn’t you try it this time? Since you got a D, they would’ve most likely predicted you a C
