I failed my highers exam and I want to study computing science, now I need to resit my exams but I’m not sure if I can just resit the failed subject as I already pass maths.

If you have the grade you need in Maths, then there is no reason for you to resit it. Do discuss your results with your school/college, as they will be best placed to advise you on your specific circumstances
