Degree apprenticeship questions

I am in my 2nd year of university but I'm thinking about dropping out and getting a degree apprenticeship, the ones I am looking at are the Pwc tech apprenticeship at Leeds or Birmingham or the Land Rover one in Warwick. Can the computer science degree attained from Leeds for example be used to apply for other grad schemes although Pwc have said they will offer a grad job will this be compulsory?
