Occupational health check questionnaire form nursing students

Hi Any nursing student here. I have a phobia for bloods being drown off me. How is the health questionnaire check form. Are you required to go for blood test. or get vaccinated against certain diseases. I have already done this 2years ago. Wondering they will ask me to repeat.

You may be required to give blood sample at the assessment but might not as each individual Heath boards & universities has there own requirements on pre nursing assessment ok,

If you had all the necessary vaccines for certain diseases recently then you might not have to do these again but check first with university so you know ok,
