Advice on choosing between Swansea Uni or Bristol UWE

I've received unconditional offers from both unis and I'm waiting for Cardiff uni to reply.

I will be coming from a small town and have always wanted to study in a city that has some more diversity (as I'm mixed) and opportunity as well as a decent nightlife and music scene (I am heavy into jazz, hip-hop, RnB that sort of thing). I've visited Bristol a few times and have a few friends studying in the city and I really like the location but the course in Swansea seems to be 'better' however I've never been to Swansea and can't visit due to covid so I'm pretty indecisive, any advice would be appreciated. I dont really know a great deal about some of the music genres in Swansea but do know pre covid Swansea had a jazz club and a jazz festival yearly. There were a number of places around the city where live bands play most notably the Uplands Tavern and the No Sign Bar on Wind Street. Cardiff has a good night life scene like Bristol. Both are bigger cities than Swansea. The real difference in Swansea is that you are right on the sea front.
