can i get in with only 3 A levels no 4th AS??

hello

i was wondering can i get into any med school with only 3 A levels no 4th AS ??
I mean i'm curently doing only 3 AS subjects Maths, Chemistry and biology and planning to go with them in A2 as well

Some med schools say you need a fourth AS level at b/c/e like
Kings, cardiff, UCL, Barts, Edinburgh, hull york, imperial, Liverpool, Sheffield and St Georges....

as you can see thats a lot... I wouldnt recommend it and I think the other unis would pick someone with AAAb over AAA which most people have
