Slow in replying to emails
Is it just me that finds BCU ridiculously slow in replying to emails. Also baffles me how they don't have an online chat. I sent an email about 2 weeks ago now and I have still had no reply, when I call, I just get told to email again!
Infuriating!

Unfortunately that’s just the way it goes, unis are inundated with emails from people just like yourself, just have to bare with them
