Does anyone require a replacement tenant for their studio accommodation?

I'm happy to take over your studio room tenancy agreement, if you can cover the September-January 16 week instalment, before I sign the contract and move in.
It means you are not stuck with the whole rental contract and having to also make the January and April payment, as I will cover the Jan/April payment.
For me it means I get a discount overall on the rental contract.
Move in date: Sept 2021.
Studios or flats where max 2 people share the kitchen.
