Driving instructor

I have had about 20 manual lessons now and switched instructors 3 times. I feel like there's no structure to my lessons and no plan like we will do this today and this tomorrow and try to achieve this goal within the week. My lessons feel unorganised and I don't feel like I'm progressing much. Can someone please recommend a good instructor in Birminghama and a checklist so I know what to try and achieve so I am ready for future tests.

Just a guess, but you'll likely always feel there's no structure if you keep hopping instructors who do things differently?

Have you tried directly asking for their teaching plans/structure, or failing that, setting your own? Past a point I was the one telling my instructor what I wanted to do or work on that day, they might not always agree but the conversation was there.

(by 20 lessons, in, I don't think (imo) they should have anything 'new' to teach, it should be Practice Practice Practice.
