Well it’s Cakey in texture but the format is not sliceable , the format is biscuit.

Also, a lot of Dutch, German biscuits etc have a similar texture which says there are many types of biscuits. If you can’t slice it or stick a candle in it without it cracking a bit it’s a biscuit soz
