What is your favourite cake?
So I am slightly renowned among my friends and now my work colleagues for baking cakes at every available opportunity. At the moment that means baking something to take into the office about once a month.
My favourite one to bake at the moment is apple crumble cake – despite being complicated I love it with some squirty cream! I made a coffee cake recently that I was very proud of too!
