Mistake on my Provisional Driving License

I just received my provisional driving license today and I noticed that there is a mistake in my surname, how do I go about it please? I need an advice

I suggest you contact the DVLA and ask them to correct it.

There is a process to change the name on your driving license (e.g. if you change your surname upon getting married or divorced, or change your name by deed poll). Instructions are here. Note that although this service is free, it will be slow. You can still drive whilst the details are being corrected, but you won't have your license (to use as id, for example) as you have to post it to them.

However, as I said, I'd contact them directly (details here) in the first instance.
