Pre workout ingredients?

Hi,

I mainly use pre workout for pumps rather than for energy/stim. I've tried the gorilla mode pre workout and it worked well for me. However it is expensive as I had to get it shipped from the U.S. so I wanted to make my own pre workout, by buying the raw ingredients and mixing it myself.

I currently add 12.5g of citrilline malate in a 2:1 ratio and add 5g of glycerol monostearate powder to help with pumps. Are those ingredients appropriate, or is there anything else that I should add for pumps? When I mix those ingredients with water it tastes very sour due to the citruilline malate, so is there anything that would be more suitable to mix it with to mask the sour taste?
