Can I still obtain gains?

I use the 5*5 workout and I only do 5 reps of 5 sets

I still feel the gains and I eat right and notice results.

Will this be ok? I know it's meant to be five sets of five reps
Youll make gains yep
A harder workout gives you the gains you desire. When a workout is too easy for you, it is the best to increase the difficulty level.
