Can an English student finance loan be used in Scotland?
Could be a bit of a silly question as I'm not a university student and I'm asking this on behalf of a friend, but can someone living in England with an English student finance loan use it for a Scottish university?

So for example they could move to Scotland and get a flat or house the same year their course starts and their SFL would cover their tution up here
