KCL's julian markham vs gds accommodation - which one's better?

i've already booked a room at julian markham but i've been given the option of changing my accommodation due to building work on the exterior of the apartment. i'm planning to take this option or just stay at jm as they're taking £100 off rent for each week.
the only other accommodation i'm interested in n is near my campus is gdsa.

for kcl students who have lived in either of these accommodations, how did u find it? which do u think is better?

so far on the change room function, the only places available are:
-canada water
-gdsa
-hayloft
-orchard lisle
-wolfson house

i'm looking for an ensuite room that's near-ish strand campus

UNITE has not licensed Julian Markham. The London Tribunal just ordered UNITE to repay rent at North Lodge, also not licensed. You can Get Rent Back too...see this judgement: https://www.getrentback.org/Unite.html
