University of Chichester not registered with tfl

Hello,
It would be nice if someone responded quickly to this as I have only a few days left until I move to university.

I'm trying to apply for a 18+ photocard but University Of Chichester is not there on the list and I am unable to move to the next page without doing the "Education establishment" part. I live within London Borough though!

Is there a way that I can still apply? Even if I do apply what are the benefits of applying to that card?

Also if I don't end up applying, does anyone know how much money it takes from bank card to travel on bus/trams and buy tickets to travel on trains?
