UEL enrolment impossible

So I'm trying to enrol to UEL's Game Programming course, after being given an unconditional and accepting it. I know that's where I'm expected to be going because I've received a lot of emails from UCAS and UEL themselves about going to UEL.
The first they sent told me I would receive an email "shortly" to give me the info I need to enrol - namely, my school email and password - but I never got that email.
I have contacted UEL in multiple ways and gotten no help with this. My latest attempt told me that they can help if I log into my school email and ask from there. The school email I can't access. Because they never sent me the email I need to access it.
What exactly am I supposed to do from here?

Not a helpful answer unfortunately and different course, but same boat. Spoke to a fifth person in two weeks today who promised I’d have the email in my inbox this evening… nothing. If I’d have known it was going to be this chaotic I would’ve never bothered!
