contextual offer

im an international student and on the uni of york website, i put my postcode and it said im eligible to get a contextual offer

however i just wanna make sure that my postcode means everything(???
york says if i live in an area with low uni rate and attend state funded school(which i attend), im eligible to get one
idk im just over complicated but is it right that im eligible??

I don’t believe internationals are eligible for contextual offers. This is what their website says ‘With a contextual offer, UK students can receive a reduced offer of up to three grades below our typical entry requirements.’ Internationals aren’t UK students.
