Your views on Onlyfans-type girls who do this

I have noticed a pattern with girls who have OF. They will post how much they like introverted, geeky guys because they know a large part of their audience is that and will feel flattered that they matter to someone. Usually because such types are lonely and not popular with girls.

At first I didn't mind, they just tryna attract customers.

But I think it's not cool to do this. Not saying none of those girls actually likes such types of guys but we all know they're not popular so it's implausible that they're honest.

Being lonely is not fun especially if it's been for a long time and someone exploiting this fact just to get some money doesn't sound like an ethical thing to do.

Nothing wrong at all with having OF btw, it's a job like all the others. And you can do it rightly or exploit and mess with people.

But maybe I am too emotional and can't think straight... so tell me what you think about this

I think that's pretty much all advertising ever since most things were linked to sex, for men anyway. These girls are there working you into paying them money, it's their job. How much can you blame them for trying to target it? The sex industry isn't exactly about dignity and customer respect in general.

It sound like you're maybe thinking of a dating site, where what someone asks for and represents themselves as matters... OF is about the money.

Many OF girls are quite professional and don't pretend to like their viewers, they're not trying to establish personal connections. I respect that entirely, that's my point. It's those who pretend to be interested in your life and act like you're their friend and etc. It's like when you use any professional service, the person isn't trying to fake befriend you most of the time. You take the service, they receive the payment. Why resort to manipulating their psychological state? telling a lonely guy who may be desperate that you're thinking of him or you love X,Y,Z about him sounds cruel to me.

They want to remain on good terms with the customers to gain repeat business and word of mouth referrals.
Onlyfans is very competitive & there are plenty of mid level celebrities like Belle Delphine, Katie Price, Kerry Katona, Lauren Goodger and Sarah Jayne Dunn.

It is not easy to make a living out of being an adult entertainment content creator.
It takes a lot of time to attract enough paying subscribers to make more than £200 a month.
The following can cancel at any time to watch free porn, switch to a younger/more famous onlyfans girl or cancel their onlyfans account and instead call an adult chat line from their workplace once everyone else has gone home to have explicit chats with a random stranger where the costs are £1.50 a minute taken direct from the phone bill.

Well a couple of things, they aren't professionals and they aren't trained or accredited in any way in terms of customer service or standards you can hold them to, they are tbh hawkers trying to get your attention in a sea of others (not hating, but it is what it is)

Making you feel special and like you have a shot with them is all part of the game and is what keeps people coming back to them. OF, camgirls, strippers, escorts and street walkers alike. And to be real, the lonely and desperate are more likely to spend and spend consistently, they're the real money. Just like booze/betting/drugs, the desperate minority hit it the hardest and represent by far the most profitable to target. The guy that gets it any time he wants isn't likely to keep coming back and spending the same.

Many women who get into creating content for OF aren't doing it because they want to; they start doing it as a last resort. Being nice to consumers of their content is how they pay the bills.
