What are then universities that allow third year direct entry?

I am a computer science student at City.

Assuming your question is asking which universities you can transfer directly into the third year, given that your current university is City.

Unfortunately, it is very rare and highly unlikely that any university will transfer you into the third year at a physical university.

However, for online degrees are different. The Open University I'm afraid maybe your only option here.

The Open University offers computer science degrees that allow you to transfer credit to get into the third year. However, the option to transfer credits this academic year is already running out, and I don't know how long it takes, or how much time is left to do that.

I think that is your only option if your goal is just to finish your computer science degree at another university, other than the one you're at.

Other than the Open University, I’m not aware of any.
I heard Kings and Middlesex but but dont want to go to either really.
There are "top-up" degrees available at some unis/colleges - these are mainly designed for students who did an HND or DipHE already so just need the final year to make their studies a full bachelors degree.

I don't know of any that would let you go into third year from school.
