Bristol applicant dashboard not working, cant log on !?

I've been at this for an hour now, even though i filled my information in correctly it keeps saying 'log in error - Please ensure all fields are completed correctly before pressing confirm'. I know iv put it in right, and followed the link from 2 different emails but it just doesn't seem to log me on ? Any help from anyone will be really appreciated, thank you ! :smile:
