I already got my ATAS after like 3 weeks!
Dont think these written sections are super important. Just say something general like "oh i want to improve science/people's health". Make sure you avoid any sensitive topic or keyword of advanced technology.

I applied on 7th April, but still no response. Im a research Ph.D. student in advanced mathematics. Should I send an email to them?

Just curious - do they contact our referees? Should I inform my referees about potentially being contacted? Although, I read online that they only contact referees in rare cases. But I just saw someones post about correction for referee details.
