NIP letter
Just wondering if anyone has any knowledge about NIP’s.
I have received an NIP under the section 1 road traffic act saying that I had been caught doing 69mph in a 50mph zone.
I have no points on my licence, have never been caught speeding, have no criminal convictions etc.
Does any body know whether this will be a straight up ban or just points on my licence with a fine.
I would accept the fine and points but I am worried that I may get banned.
I have had my licence since 2015 and never had points etc
(Was a stupid mistake and won’t be doing it again)

But, what happened? did you received a letter? did you get banned or minus points?
