Social Media: Listing your Fellowship on LinkedIn

Most of the Royal Colleges do not have "school pages" on Linkedin but they do have organisational profiles, which explain (often in depth) who they are and their contact information.

If a person has completed their Fellowship say FRCS and wishes to add it to their LinkedIn profile. They currently have a choice:
(1) List it under "education" and have it read with a grey generic tile; or
(2) List it under "Certifications & Licenses", where it will pull up the College's logo (and provide a link to the College).

Most choose the first option because the Fellowship is academic learning. But isn't visual appeal also important?

What are your thoughts on listing it as "Certifications and Licences" just so that it looks more professional?
I wonder whether it could be both? The fellowship is a title, but the exams themselves are like individual certifications. Perhaps have "FRCS/FRCP etc" as a title under education, and "MRCS Part A" etc under certifications?

Here are two FRCS holders. See how more professional the second looks compared with the first when it is added under "certifications". Shouldn't we all do this?
Literally does not matter
