Have a look at some templates online for a better layout.

I'd lose the list of skills; you are showing them in the main body of text. Anyone can say 'punctuality' but it's meaningless if it's not supported with examples.

Put the dates before the job title to show it's chronological.

Have a brief description of the job before listing the bullet points, to help people understand what the role was.

Include a position/job title/whatever it was for Jan 22-Feb 23.

Don't change format in the middle, as with the 'Unemployed' part and Oct 17-Oct 18 and lose the flowery language, like 'unwavering dedication'.
