ST1/CT1 recruitment

I have some questions, Can any one answer say some justifications?
I am not sure why all of the recruitment specialties are using only MSRA as shortlist score ?
There might be a chance that same person maybe applied to different specialties and he/she may get interviewed in all specialties(based on MSRA alone). At the end, any way he/she can choose only one. So, others chances are gone.
Also, the recruitment teams are verifying profile and experiences at the end. So, its possible to have some rejections at the end if the applicant can't produce the evidence. I got rejected in almost all specialties based on MSRA score. I am not sure if I get at least one interview where I can show my skills. Completely disappointed with recruitment process and almost lost an year.
