Current premed, would I be at a disadvantage to apply for ST training posts in London (both run-through and CST/CMT), if I did F1/F2 out of London or would it not make a difference?

What's a premed?
It's fine. You may even find there are benefits to doing the Foundation Programme outside of London (like getting experience of nights).
