Reading problem

When I read in my heart or even when I talk to myself, I say/read a word again n again as if I’m stuttering or you can say k don’t trust myself that if I’m reading the Words right eg; let’s say I have to read “assessment by essay” how I will read it: aaaassesment no assessment by assay no not assay es-hayyy so id it’s a long sentence after reading each word like this separately I forget at the end of sentence what even I read. It’s just ad if a grade 1 student is reading.
