PFF2 query

Hey, so I need to have my parents who live overseas to fill out the PFF2 form but my dad has not received the form through his email account yet, my mom doesn't have one so will I upload it for her? Or will my dad incorporate her part when he is filling out the form? And once he receives the email he then makes an account and uploads it right? It also says to sign the form in ink, but that would be impractical as they are in another country.

Hi there, there is a section on the form for person 1 and person 2. Person 1 would be your father and person 2 would be your mother. They can complete the same form and upload this online or it can be sent via post. They would also be required to send evidence of their income for the team to review. Thanks, Karen

Understood, thanks Karen! I'll have them upload it onto one account. I asked my dad to make an account but he ran into the issue of not being able to find me through my CRN! I entered my CRN correctly, this is the first account he has made, I've completed all my actions too, and haven't received an email from SFE regarding uploading evidence regarding their income.
I tried the other option too of not knowing the CRN but when I would enter those details, the page would just refresh and keep the information on it.
